    The former “big law” attorney also leverages her legal knowledge by conducting thorough and impartial workplace investigations via her law firm and productive dispute resolution sessions, providing clarity and resolution to sensitive issues, while ensuring legal compliance and organizational integrity.

As the Director of Client Services, she acts as the primary liaison between clients and our team, facilitating clear communication, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. Julia is as passionate about building client relationships as she is exceptional in elevating the client experience.

    Bringing a wealth of operational and client experience, Julia specializes in building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive results.
